What is the abrasive polishing?

That is a high-speed rotating polishing using various grinding polishing machines, and carried on the surface  CBN abrasive grit  ceramics machining process. Polishing process includes: Calibrating grinding, coarse, medium grinding, fine grinding, polishing, edging and inverted corners and other processes. Abrasives and Abrasive used: Calibrating the above steps except using diamond grinding, the rest are using  CBN abrasive grit variety of silicon carbide powder fineness. When polished face flush cooling needs in order to take a lot of heat generated in the face to prevent products bursting. The need for drying, waxing or other surface coatings polished to enhance its anti-fouling ability, improve gloss products. Currently polishing process is mainly used for finishing ceramic tiles, and has developed a fully automatic polishing machine.
